Dune Fine is a beautiful first tier beach home on North Cape San Blas with gorgeous views of both the beach and bay from the 3 levels of decks.  Dune Fine is nicer than other beach rentals.  The house is beautiful and the pictures really don't do it justice.  Dune Fine is richly appointed from the 42" flat LCD HDTV in the Living Room to the granite counter tops in the gourmet kitchen and the private in-ground pool with integrated kiddie pool and pergola for shade.  Think of Dune Fine as an upscale, executive home that just happens to be at the beach!

Dune Fine is the tallest building in the area allowing you to enjoy unobstructed sunrise and sunset views all year round.   Two decks with chairs off the crow's nest are great for relaxing in the sun or under the stars.  The wet bar in the crow's nest makes it a great place to enjoy a cold beverage while taking in the panoramic vies.

One of the great features of Dune Fine is privacy.  Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, with a short boardwalk to the beach just steps from the door. Only 2 other homes share this area of the beach, boardwalk, gazebo, & boat dock insuring privacy. No houses next to or behind!

Dune Fine has two master bedrooms, each with a King bed, private bathroom, and doors to the deck. Main floor bedroom has two bunk beds, one with two twins, and one with a twin and double. Queen sleeper-sofa in the living room and Crows nest loft. In total, Dune Fine can sleep 13 guests (8 in king/queen beds and 5 in bunks).  Stay connected with the free Wireless Internet or relax in the air conditioning while watching cable TV or a movie on one of the 4 TVs.  Dune Fine, as well as the beach, is dog friendly so bring the family pet for your vacation.

Bay access via community dock is right across the street. Keep your boat at the dock which is Great for scallop season or kayaking. Boat launch just down the street at the State Park. Elegant Euro-tropical decor throughout the house. Gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite counters with five seats at the bar, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. Private outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

This wonderful beach house is located on the north end of Cape San Blas where the bluest waters are found. The other areas of the Cape and Indian Pass have more "churn" from the currents. The Cape is a stretch of land that runs North-South, therefore the beach house sees the most beautiful sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the gulf all year long. The area is family friendly, beaches are rarely crowded, and it is especially quiet by this community. Cape San Blas has been rated the #one beach in America and is pet friendly. The Cape is 15 minutes to Port St. Joe, and 30 minutes to Apalachicola or Mexico Beach, for your shopping and dining pleasure.
