Late Spring - 4/6 to 5/24 - $2,450/wk (Sat-Sat)

Early Summer - 5/25 to 6/21 $3,950/wk (Sat-Sat)

Prime Summer - 6/22 to 8/9 - $4,450/wk (Sat-Sat)

Late Summer - 8/10 to 9/6 - $2,450/wk (Sat-Sat)

Fall - 9/7 to 11/29 - 3 Nights - $975; 4 Nights - $1,300; $2,150/wk

Late Fall - 11/30 to 1/3/14 -3 Nights $800; 4 Nights $1075; $1750/wk

$200 Cleaning/Linen fee per reservation.

We are required to charge Florida Sales & County Bed Tax totaling 11%.

Pet fee is $100/dog; sorry no cats.
