How you Dune??? 

Welcome to Dune Fine, our beach house at Cape San Blas, Florida.  Our address is 108 Beach to Bay Drive.  The road is approximately 5 streets past The Tradin’ Post.

When you arrive on the Cape, your first stop will be at Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals.  You will pick up your key and provide your credit card for the security deposit.  If you will be arriving after 6:00 p.m., please make sure you contact Coastal Joe prior to your day of travel to arrange for a late check-in package. 

This is our family’s vacation home.  We come here with our family and friends to enjoy the beach, bay, wildlife and family activities that Cape San Blas has to offer.  We have furnished it with high quality furnishings, so you will feel very comfortable, as you might in a fine hotel.  Everything should be in good working order.  If you find something not to be in good condition please contact our property manager, Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals.  Given the quality of the furnishings and décor, we ask that you do your best take care of things so that we and our future guests can enjoy it as you will. 

You are certain to have a wonderful time and we welcome you as our guest.  However, we would like to take this opportunity to bring a few items of special concern to your attention.

Pets – Dogs are welcome if you have made arrangements with us in advance.  Please take the following care to ensure that your dogs to not cause unnecessary damage to our home.

• Use a “dog towel” under food and water bowls.
• Please rinse and dry your dog after a visit to the beach
• Keep animals off furniture and beds
• We provide a few yellow “dog towels” at the front door.  Please feel free to use these for your dogs, feet, coolers, etc.  These towels are not part of your linen program, so we must ask you to wash, dry, and return the towels at the end of your stay.

Smoking – Our house is “non-smoking”.  Please do not smoke inside the house.  If you plan to smoke outside please bring a container for your garbage.  Do not use our kitchen glasses or dishes, etc. as an ashtray.  Do not discard cigarette waste in the yard.  You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if the cleaning crew must pick up cigarette butts from the yard or pool area.

Furniture & Household items – Please do not rearrange our furniture, as it causes excess wear on the furniture and can damage the floors.  Do not remove dishes from the house.  Do not use household items as beach toys.  Do not take household items or pool furniture to the beach.  Please report any damages or broken items found upon your arrival or during your stay to Coastal Joe so that repairs can be made in a timely manner.

Please take your collected seashells home with you, or return them to the beach before you leave.  Do not leave seashells in the house or on the property.
