$260 Cleaning/Linen fee per reservation. Pet Fee: $112 for up to 2 medium size dogs. Larger pets may be subject to an additional fee. Sorry cats are not allowed. Heated Swimming Pool: There is an additional feel of $300.00 per week if a tenant requests to have the pool heated. We are required to charge Florida Sales & County Bed Tax totaling 12%
Cancellation Policy: If you should have to cancel your reservation or reschedule, contact Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals immediately via e-mail info@coastaljoevacationrentals.com or telephone (850) 227-7775. A minimum fee of $100.00 plus tax will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Reservation deposits will not be refunded on cancellations made after ten days (10) of making the reservation unless the unit is re-rented for the same price and time period. If the property is not re-rented for the canceled period, the entire advance rental payment will be forfeited. If the property is re-rented, your advance payment (less a $100.00 cancellation fee plus tax) will be refunded upon receipt of advance payment from the new guest. Transfer of reservations, whether to the same property for different dates or to a different rental property, will be treated as a cancellation and charged the $100.00 plus tax.
Cancellation or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
